Vessels depart strictly on schedule. If you arrive late, it is recorded as a "No Show." For Saver and Standard tickets, your booking becomes invalid and non-refundable. You will be required to purchase a new ticket for the next available service, subject to availability.

Large ferries operate year-round, even in light rain. While extreme weather may cause safety postponements, large ferries are rarely cancelled. Speedboats, however, may be rescheduled to the next available departure or transferred to a large ferry at no additional cost due to rough sea conditions. Please note: If the standard ferry is operating normally but you choose not to travel for personal reasons at the pier, tickets are strictly non-refundable.
