The Standard Ferry takes about 2 hours. The Speedboat is faster, taking only 60 minutes.

Please arrive at least 30 - 45 minutes before your departure time to check in, get your boarding sticker, and load your luggage. The boarding gate usually closes 15 minutes before departure.

Ferries depart strictly on schedule. If you arrive late, it is considered a No Show. For Saver and Standard tickets, your ticket becomes invalid, non-refundable, and cannot be reused. You will be required to purchase a new ticket for the next available departure, depending on availability.

The distance is about 30-35 km. It takes 60 - 90 minutes by car depending on traffic. We recommend booking a Private Vehicle Transfer + Ferry combined ticket to ensure you arrive on time without the stress of finding a taxi.

Yes, there is a secure parking building and outdoor lot available. The fee is approximately 100 THB per day (overnight parking is allowed).

No. You can simply show the Mobile Voucher (E-Ticket) on your smartphone along with your Passport or ID card to the staff at the check-in counter.

Yes. The Standard Ferry operates all year round, departing daily at 08:30. It reaches Ao Nang and Railay within 3 hours, and Krabi Town within 4 hours. Please note that direct Speedboat services to these destinations are available during the High Season only.

No. The vessels operating from Rassada Pier are passenger ferries only. There are no car ferries to Phi Phi Island, as the island does not have roads for private cars.

Generally, yes for large ferries, but pets must be kept in a cage or bag and must wear a muzzle to prevent noise disturbance. They are required to stay in the designated outdoor area (Sundeck) and are strictly not allowed in the air-conditioned passenger rooms. Please inform the staff in advance.

Yes. Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag, provided the combined weight does not exceed 25 kg. Please note that any luggage exceeding this weight limit will incur an additional fee at check-in, which must be paid directly to the boat operator.

We do NOT recommend speedboats for pregnant women, infants (under 1 year), or elderly people with back problems. Please choose the Big Ferry instead for a safer and more stable trip.

All bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, you can request to extend your ticket validity for up to 180 days from the original travel date. To qualify for this extension, you must notify us at least 2 days in advance. Failure to provide advance notice will be treated as a No Show, and the right to extend the ticket will be forfeited.

Large ferries operate year-round, even in light rain. In rare cases of extreme weather or strong wind warnings from the Marine Department, the trip will be postponed for safety, but large ferries are never cancelled. Speedboats, however, are more likely to be cancelled during rough sea conditions.
